katy and danny || groton, massachusetts

So this was a first for me – meeting new clients at their engagement shoot! Katie went to high school with David, whose wedding I shot this summer, and loved their pictures. Katie and Danny are getting married at Gibbet Hill next spring, and wanted to do their engagement pictures there. There is a super-cool castle up on the hill, and although I’ve shot at Gibbet Hill three times, I had never seen it!! There’s a reason, though…it’s a bit of a hike!!

lauren and peter || boston, massachusetts

After lots of creative scheduling, I finally got a chance to meet up with Lauren in Peter on a beautiful Monday evening in Boston. They are getting married in November, so we had fun roaming around the city in the warm sun.

Where better to start than Beacon Hill?

After wandering around Beacon Hill for a bit, we made our way (under this cool bridge!) to the Charles for some water pics.

And then we wrapped up with a few in the Public Garden!

And, anyone who knows me knows that a trip into Boston means a trip to Anna’s and burritos-to-go for me and the hubby!!! Yum! (no pictures of those though….they are LONG gone.)

I had a great time with you two….looking forward to November!!!
