lisa + danny || wayside inn || wayland, massachusetts

Hello everyone!!!

Here is one more fall wedding for you before we head into December. Lisa and Danny were one of my many NYC based clients who I didn’t have a chance to meet in person before their big day. No worries – Lisa’s mom and dad were able to swing by the studio, and after a few emails and phone calls we were set to go!

They had a gorgeous, crisp classic New England day for their wedding day. Everything took place at the Wayside Inn, and all the vintage details felt right at home in such a historic place. I’m still totally coveting her earrings and bracelet from bhldn.com

Doesn't she look so perfect next to the antique bed? I love it! And Danny was rocking the shades and gray suit outside.

Most people like to head over to the Grist Mill for pictures, but since it is usually teeming with people (and possibly a couple other brides!) Lisa and Danny were more than happy to stay in the gardens by the pond. Fine with me! It was such a great setting.

Lisa with her one and only bridesmaid - she was going for the Zooey Deschanel look and I think she nailed it!

This pose was all Danny. Love it.

miha + jason || corinthian yacht club || marblehead, ma

Hello everyone!

Hope you are ready for another great wedding post! Miha and Jason are another couple that I actually met in person for the first time on the wedding day! However, I did have an idea of what they looked like before I started shooting….

They were lucky enough to have the ceremony at a family home on Tinker's Bluff. So gorgeous, even with the fog rolling in.

Miha and Jason had collected "wishing stones" for themselves and all of their guests. A wishing stone has a ring that goes all the way around. After the ceremony, everyone was to make a wish for Miha and Jason and throw it into the ocean. Jason suggested if they couldn't think of anything, that they could wish a lifetime of burritos for him. A man after my own burrito-loving heart.

After the ceremony everyone went down the road to the Corinthian Yacht Club. It has been about a year since I have been there last - beautiful room and stunning sunsets.

Miha's brother translated her dad's toast...

I snuck out during one of the toasts to grab this sunset shot.

I know Jason and Miha were a little bummed that they missed the sunset, but I assured them we could still get something lovely...

They also wanted a few fun ones by the huge spiral staircase.

Miha and Jason also had a huge box of goofy glasses. I really don't think I saw one person wearing the glasses who didn't have a HUGE smile on their face. Too funny! Love it.

Congratulations to both of you! You had a fabulous day - hope you love all the images!!
