Hello again blog stalkers!!!  Next up is another fabulous Boston wedding.  The bride’s father and the groom are both BC alums  (the groom even gave tours!)……so take three guesses where the wedding was??

We started at Adrienne’s house….we got there right after Winston’s arrived.

Adrienne scored her gorgeous Caroline Herrera gown at Vows, same place I got mine!

Adrienne helped her dad out with the real-deal bow-tie.

I just loved the light in the living room – I could have shot in there all day!

There are all kinds of beautiful stained glass windows in this church.  I thought this image might be a nice background if they do a flush mount album…

So, I like to tell my brides & grooms to kiss for more than a second, because sometimes they get nervous and literally just bump into each other for a nanosecond. Well, Jeff listened and gave Adrienne a nice long smooch, so much so that she started cracking up. Love it, love it, love it.

Jeff was this excited all day long – it was awesome.

After the ceremony at the chapel, we stopped at the main Boston College campus for some pictures.  Do you think they could have asked for a more fabulous day?

This was a little nook we thought we could use if it was raining, but I liked it so much, we shot there anyway!

I don’t usually blog formals wedding pictures with the parents – but look how sweet!!

Now off to 60 State Street…otherwise known as the State Room!

Adrienne’s one request was a picture of the two of them on the stairs.  Loving the reflection!!!

Like I said, super-enthusiastic all day long!

Adrienne and Jeff asked guests for a “creative reply” on the RSVP cards.  Adorable.

Again with the cupcakes! Yum! Or would you prefer an ice cream cookie sandwich?

I only met Janna and Kai in person on their wedding day, I had talked to them so much about the planning, I couldn’t wait to see all the fun things they had planned in person – nothing but cocktail food, cupcakes, the bride singing a song (she wrote!!) to the groom, and of course…a pinata!

Their rabbi had them back to back during the ketuba signing, it was a really lovely ceremony.

They wrote their own vows...

After the ceremony, we did some pictures in the Great Room. It was really funny, because right after their wedding, American Idol was on with the Boston auditions (not that I watch it or anything...) and they had the judges set up right where we did the formals!

They had such funky flowers, I have never seen roses like this before! Apparently, the roses are injected with the dye. And I just love forte tea...this pictures is straight-up for my sister Sue, my number one blog-stalker and also a big fan of forte tea!

Here's another first...the favors were cookbooks that Janna and Kai put together - "Our relationship in Food". I took a quick peek - I love stuff like that!

Lila and Seth hosted all their friends and family for a true Boston weekend – Red Sox, Duck Tours, and a killer view of our city! Lila looked absolutely amazing, very old hollywood glamour. Linnea Tangorra was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly, and Lila and Seth had nothing to worry about. They saw each other for the first time in the Public Garden and we did all of their pictures.

The ceremony and reception were in the Cityside room of the State Room. The ceremony combined Jewish and Indian traditions to honor both of their backgrounds.

I love these placecards, Lila made them herself!





Someone put out chairs with arms for the Hora, but the guests didn’t see them, so you can see everyone clinging on for dear life!

The band, Grippo Funk Band, was totally fun and some featured musicians that toured with Phish.

As if all of the other fabulous food wasn’t enough, they capped off the evening with passed mini-milkshakes and cheeseburgers!
