caitlin + matt || myopia hunt club || south hamilton, massachusetts

Hello my blog stalkers, and most importantly……..those stalking for pictures of Caitlin and Matt!! Here they are!

{and a quick PSA – right after this post I will be posting about fall mini-sessions if you are interested….there are a few details on my fb page at the moment..}

Back to Caitlin and Matt and their gorgeous September day. I try to remember to bring a pretty hanger for the dress, but Caitlin and her mom beat me to the punch! Not only was it a pretty hanger, but it was perfectly coordinated with the entire wedding theme….(more pink and white to come)

So, what's better than Manolo Blahniks for wedding shoes? PINK Manolo Blahniks!!!!!!

width=

It's so cute when a bride has their mom and dad around helping them get ready.......

Stunning.

While I was hanging with the girls, Jeff was keeping busy with the guys over at the church.

So, I forgot to mention one major detail about this wedding - TWINS! Caitlin is a twin, Matt is a twin, their flower girl and ring bearer are twins, and so was the priest! I could not resist getting these cuties in front of the PINK door (thankyouverymuch), but they looked a bit like deer in headlights so I just quietly backed away lest I give them stage fright right before their big moment.

All the nerves gone!!!

I'm not really sure if these two stopped smiling all day. If they did, I sure didn't see it.

Married!

I swear on my very favorite lens (50mm 1.2 if you care) that I did not photoshop this funky lens flare. Love it, though!

Love how the road bends around in this one...

So many cool details and special touches! Caitlin said she was really inspired by Style Me Pretty.

See what I mean with the pink and white? (and navy?) So pretty!

So right as they got their dinner, the sky looked amazing so we snuck out for just a *few* more pictures, and then I let them go back in.

width=

But really, I could have shot them all night long......I mean, look at this!

width=

Their first song was "You Are the Best Thing" by Ray Lamontagne......adorable.

I chatted with Caitlin ahead of time and she said that they were doing whoopie pie favors from Modern Pastry as a surprise for her brother, as they are his favorite. I mentioned that I too am obsessed with whoopie pies, and she told me that I could go ahead and take one, too! And guess what? I did. Yum.

Thanks to everyone for their patience in this super-busy time of year for me! The entire gallery should be up soon, check back under the clients tab in about a week or so.

Congrats you two!!! And hope you are enjoying this gorgeous New England fall before your winter honeymoon - smart cookies!!!

jeffrey + diana || the estate at moraine farm || beverly, ma

Hi there!

Here’s another beautiful wedding for you! This was a smaller event at Moraine Farms, and one that I shot on my own. Jeffrey and Diana live in New York, and Diana and her family are from Sweden, so Jeffrey’s mom was kind enough to step in and do the majority of the planning for them. They had a lovely afternoon “English Wedding”.

width=

width=

It was a pretty hot, sticky day, but Diana did a good job of keeping cool and looking lovely!

width=

Jeffrey didn't look too shabby himself! I almost didn't recognize him without a baseball hat.

width=

width=

Diana and Jeffrey are both actors, are as many of their friends, which lent itself to very engaging readings!

width=

width=

Married!

width=

Off to the garden for a few not-so-formal pictures...

I absolutely adored the tables with row of little pots with herbs and tea roses.

Anyone who reads this blog knows how food-obsessed I am (lately I've been all about whoopie pies!!!), so you know I couldn't resist photographing this gorgeous display of food. The food was prepared by Fireside catering, who I just worked with a few weeks earlier, and they just make everything looks so pretty!

width=

As if that wasn't impressive enough, here's the cake! And guess who made it? Jeffrey's mother!! My kids are lucky if they get Betty crocker cupcakes!

width=

To honor the Swedish guests, Jeffrey's mom made a special trip to secure some Kopparberg cider.

width=

width=

width=

width=

They played the shoe game at the reception which is a traditional Swedish game played at weddings.

width=

width=

Cake not your thing? How about cookies? Yummmmm.............

Diana and Jeffrey are back to work in New York, so be sure to give them a congrat in the comments!
