Nina + Eric || Wychmere Beach Club || Harwich Port, Massachusetts

Hello everyone!

I seriously cannot believe that it is November….and I am blogging my LAST wedding of the season! 2012 was a fantastic year for nancy gould photography, and I have all my fantastic clients and fellow vendors to thank for that.

Anyway, on to the pictures!! Nina and her girls got ready at 54 Snow Inn Road which is such a neat house right down the road from Wychmere. She was pretty much ready to go as soon as I got there, so it was on with the dress and off for the first look! But not before I got a shot of those lovely Manolos….

Amy was over with the guys at Wychmere Cottage – check out the sky. What an amazing day….especially considering that a hurricane swung through a few days later.

Anyone looking for some hair-spiration? Lisa George & her team did an awesome job. The only bad thing about this job is when I see things at weddings that I wish I had at MY wedding. Like, any one of these hairstyles, for starters…

Since we already got all the family must-haves on the garden before the ceremony, we were free to sneak down to the beach for some fun ones!

Thanks for having such a fun beautiful day to close out my 2012 season! I know it’s tough coming home from Hawaii, but hopefully these pictures make it better!

Allison + Brian || Wychmere Beach Club || Harwich Port, Massachusetts

Hello everyone!

This week feels more like December than early November – gah!!! Let’s enjoy some images from a sunny beautiful day in October, shall we?

I had such a great time with Allison and Brian on their engagement shoot, so I knew the wedding day would be fun. Everything took place at Wychmere, and we did all their formals beforehand, so it was nice and relaxed.

I started with the ladies in one of the suites. The more I look at Allison’s bracelet, the more I want it. And the orange shoes, too. Love the orange.

Amy was down the street at 54 Snow Inn Road with the guys. Lots of fun splashes of orange there, too! {note the coordinating SOLO cup}

Working again with the talented Lisa George and her team. I love how the flower in her hair coordinates with the flowers on the belt of her dress. And the bouquet! Allison’s was orange, and all her bridesmaids had white. Allison looked stunning.

We took them down to the boardwalk for their first look. Again, I love doing this with a second shooter! I love the image of Brian not looking….but sticking his arm out to see if Allison was there yet.

We had the bridal party join us on the beach. Love the grey dresses & suits!

The ceremony was held on the lawn. I don’t think Allison and Brian stopped chatting or laughing during the whole thing!

I might have gone a little overboard with these detail shots. Lilacs did the flowers, and there were so many different and beautiful arrangements I had to capture them all. The Harbor Room looked amazing.

Who doesn’t love pirates at their reception? Apparently these guys hit the mini-golf before the wedding. Also, Alex was there doing an on-site painting for them. It’s always so unique, and guests love watching him work!

When it was time for cake, Allison surprised Brian with a groom’s cake.

Eye 2 Eye had everyone on the dance floor all night…even letting the flower girl be a guest drummer! And of course, everyone loves a Bon Jovi sing along and late-night munchies.

Congratulations Allison + Brian!!!! I hope Hawaii was fabulous…I’m sure you wish you were back there right now! Can’t say that I blame you. :) How many days until we can be back on Nauset Beach??!!!
