Hi everyone!

I have a super busy September to blog, so I’m going to do my best to stay on top of it! Here is my first September wedding – Laura and Eric’s perfect day on Cape Cod. I started out at Laura’s parents’ house in Chatham. What a gorgeous spot! Her grandmother couldn’t be at the wedding, so they pinned a piece of her wedding dress fabric to Laura’s bouquet – it was her something old (and something blue!).

We had time for a few shots in the backyard - Laura was getting cheers from boats passing by!

The ceremony was in Orleans....the same church where I was a bridesmaid for my sister-in-law just about 11 years ago today - wow!

Champagne and a Rolls Royce - the only way to travel!

I went with Laura and Eric down to the dock for a few more pictures. Laura was a good sport even though her pretty heels kept getting stuck in the dock.

The ballroom looked stunning. They chose coordinating blue linens and chair covers to go with the blue and white theme.

I have one more September wedding to share with you, but first, here is another sweet engagement session that I did in the Public Garden and Beacon Hill.

This was my first chance to meet Laura and Eric, who are planning their big day for next September at the Wequassett Inn. I’m pretty partial to September weddings on the Cape, as that is what I had, so I would say they have pretty good taste!

We couldn’t have asked for a prettier evening…

This was the coolest light - it was actually being reflected off of an office building across the common...

Laura and Eric are actually lucky enough to live in Beacon Hill, so we had fun strolling up and down the streets they walk every day. I love this one - the sun was actually shining all the way through from the other side of the building, I've never seen that before.

Since we were so close, we stopped by their place, and even snuck in a picture of their pooch. Adorable!

It was so nice to get to hang out with you two for a bit!!! Have fun planning and I'll see you next year!!!!
