I got to head up to Kennebunkport for a second time this season for Jamie and Michael’s wedding. They had a brilliant day, and I was thrilled to be a part of it!

I know I’m usually a little obsessed with the bride’s shoes, and Jamie’s were adorable….but can we talk about THESE?

Hot pink shoes with navy blue dresses?! Love it!

I couldn’t believe these streamers just happened to be on the dock – they totally tied in with the color theme of the wedding!

See??? blue & white, blue & white, blue & white (& pink!)……..even the flip-flops matched!

There was a little time between the ceremony and the reception, so I got to sneak off with Jamie and Mike for a sailboat ride.

I promise I didn’t take one….but passed clam chowder shooters – YUM!

Jamie’s dad had some serious moves….here he is getting introduced…

Flipside totally rocked the house, or tent I should say. I loved the music they played during the cocktail hour, as well.

This was the third time that I have worked at the Nonantum, and it was such a pleasure to work with Dawn and Tim again, they are extremely kind and efficient at the same time.

Congratulations to the both of you and your families! I know that you are still on your honeymoon…but I can’t wait for you to see the rest when you get back!

At last!!! Some pictures from Alison and Gary’s awesome day up in Maine!!! Thanks for your patience….here we go!

Alison and Gary had amazing weather for their ceremony and reception at the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine. Here they are before everything got going….

As the ceremony started, some guests on the third floor called down and asked if we wanted to shoot from their balcony. Joyelle raced up there in record time. The couple said someone did the same thing for them at their wedding!

Did I mention it was a little windy?

OK, so even when they are smushing a little cake in each other’s faces, they are STILL adorable!

well, our very good friends Kelly and Joe were nice enough to watch Lee & Jonah for the weekend so Stephen and I could get away. We stayed in Portland, Maine, stopping off in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on the way there and back!

I just love both of these cities. I scored a great vintage coat and handmade hat at the Odd Gallery on Market Street. They have a slew of vintage clutches if anyone is in the market for one!

Then it was off to Portland!

After lots of walking and shopping, it was our pleasure to sit and relax with Steve at Vignola for some delicious cocktails and fabulous snacks.




We had dinner at Street & Company, and then a fantastic breakfast at the Porthole Restaurant the next morning. (Okay, so it was 11:45, but technically STILL morning!)

It was so nice to get away, even if just for a couple of days! Now if only St. John’s was a two hour drive……….
