Hello and Happy New Year!!!!!

I’m sure you all think I’m a big slacker and have been sitting around on the couch all day eating bon bons!!! Well, truth be told, I DID watch the first two seasons of Downton Abbey over vacation, but besides that have been keeping super busy! I had four portrait shoots since the last wedding I posted, I have about ten client albums in process, and in this past week I just booked two weddings for 2014 and one for 2015 – never a dull moment around here.

I had only chatted with Jacqui over the phone before the wedding, but I did know that John proposed to her in front of the Castle in the Magic Kingdom at Disney during the fireworks, which, being a Disney fan I thought was adorable! 🙂

They all got ready at the Red Lion – I checked in on their cocktail hour space before I started – how neat are their escort cards? Love the antique keys!

Love the dress and of course the super-blingy Betsey Johnson NYE-appropriate shoes!!

I checked in on the guys and we went outside for a few pics – it was pretty darn chilly!! How adorable are the ring bearers in their velvet coats?

Jacqui looked stunning, didn’t mind the cold at all!

Jacqui supplied the wooden bases for the centerpieces – I love the branded J + J’s!!!

Since it was pitch dark and also freezing out, we did their formals inside the barn, which worked out great! Love all the twinkly lights.

Any groom who does the robot right after being introduced is ok in my book!!!

Best toast reactions ever! Just sad that these images can’t convey the awesome Arnold Schwarzenegger impression that he did!!!

Congratulations you two!!! I’m still not sure if I’ve forgiven you for taking off to Hawaii when it was 1 measly degree here, but I’ll bet you enjoyed it!!!!
