Lindsay + Justin || Royal Sonesta Hotel || Cambridge, MA

Hello everyone!!

Well, it’s finally spring! Technically, anyway! I have had a busy winter, but obviously have been slacking on the blogging end of things! Lots of fun headshot sessions, baby portraits, tons of client albums and website updates. I also had a little time on the weekends to train for my fourth Boston Marathon for Dana-Farber! It was an amazing experience.

I am so excited to share with you these images from Lindsay and Justin’s fun wedding day! Lindsay is a fellow marathoner – Justin even proposed right before she ran, and then he hopped in with her at the end, and in her finish line shot she is showing off her new bling!

One of the things they have in common is that they both love sneakers!

Lindsay’s dress was so pretty and I loved the sparkly hanger!

The weather outside was not the best, but made for lots of nice soft window light!

The rain held off enough for Brian to get some cool shots of the guys outside. There was even some new snow on the ground for a mini-snowball fight. Thanks Mother Nature!

Meanwhile the ladies were quite comfy hanging out inside!

I just loved all the bouquets – each was a little different and they looked great with the grey bridesmaid dresses.

Justin and Lindsay did a first look before the ceremony. So fun when you get to do it on a staircase with two photographers!

One of my favorites!

How about these adorable flower girls?!

So – for most ceremonies, usually I have to strategically anticipate when a joke or funny line might be coming up, and make sure that I can get at least one shot of the bride and groom laughing. Not the case here!

Even though the weather wasn’t cooperating, the floral design made it feel like a beautiful spring evening!

Before they headed into the reception, I grabbed Lindsay and Justin for a few more photos of the two of them! I love how you can see the Zakim bridge in the first one, and it matches the wall!

Lots of entertaining toasts made for lots of great smiles!

Don’t like cake? How about a giant table full of Italian pastries? Also, I love how Justin’s sisters got in on the sneaker action!

Lindsay and Justin added my photo booth – I might be biased, but I think it is so fun! Guests are in and out and back on the dance floor, and everything goes on-line a few days after the wedding. Here are some highlights, you can check out the full gallery here.

(and yes, that’s me in there. you know i’m a ham and cannot resist!)

Congratulations you two!!! What a fun day you had. I highly recommend sneakers for the bride and groom to all my couples! Hope you are adjusting well back into “real life” and have fun looking at all of your images!
