Lindsay + Ryan || Wentworth by the Sea || New Castle, New Hampshire

Hellllooooo from Siberia!!!

Ok – I know, the snow/cold jokes are getting old, but SERIOUSLY!!! Not really sure how much more we can take. For Melissa and Kim’s wedding it was like “Aw, adorable, it’s snowing! Yay for snow!”, and now I think everyone is ready to lynch the weathermen.

So, lucky for Lindsay and Ryan, their wedding was squeezed somewhere between Blizzard #3 and Blizzard #4. I started up in the main inn with the ladies, and Jamie was across the street with the guys.

I just love this family – I was lucky enough to shoot Kim and Damien’s wedding too – and I just loved how emotional they all were!! They did not disappoint!

I think this series of photos might be my new propaganda piece for “First Looks”! Lindsay is so excited, Ryan is so emotional – I love seeing her mom tucked around the corner, all the bridesmaids peeking, and then the happy couple! So great!

It was COLD outside but Lindsay was a great sport. I just love these wintry photos.

The ceremony was also right at the Wentworth – so it was nice and easy for all the guests.

So, have I mentioned how much I love lots of emotion??!! Plenty of it to go around here. 🙂 They had an adorable reading called A Lovely Love Story by Edward Monkton – you can read it here if you are looking for inspiration!

Married!!!

A few more post-ceremony portraits now that everything is “official”. 🙂

Black and white fireside romance….love.

I’m not sure what flower this is – poppies? But I think they are spectacular. Also – you can’t beat having pockets in your wedding dress.

The room looked like a white winter wonderland. Lindsay’s mom gave me a floral arrangement at the end of the night and it is still on my island! Looks lovely!

So – this wedding was a mere 6 days after the Super Bowl, or, more importantly, the day we all met “Left Shark” for the first time. I have to say I was smitten with the sharks, and also with the other entrance shenanigans.

The dance floor was a little insane all night long! Sorry but there are a million pics!

width=

Lots of Left and Right Shark action on the dance floor. Even Jamie & I couldn’t resist.

One of the last songs was “Time of My Life” and I have to say I didn’t doubt for one minute that Lindsay would do the lift.

Congratulations Lindsay and Ryan! I hope that it was the awesome New Hampshire winter wedding you were dreaming of! I’m just sad that there are no more siblings in Lindsay’s family, but there are always Ryan’s brothers!! 🙂
